昆明朗悅灣會(huì)所
云南 昆明市
此會(huì)所項(xiàng)目位于昆明市中心附近，定位高端私人會(huì)所。會(huì)所功能設(shè)有SPA、健身房、瑜伽房、影視廳、大堂接待、圖書(shū)館、餐廳、品酒雪茄房及酒窖、會(huì)議室、私人會(huì)客廳、單雙標(biāo)間、套房等。設(shè)計(jì)上摒棄了鋪張?zhí)没实娘L(fēng)格，而是充滿低調(diào)卻值得尋味與推敲的細(xì)節(jié)，無(wú)一不契合昆明這座老城的人文格調(diào)。
設(shè)計(jì)師在會(huì)所的設(shè)計(jì)上推崇現(xiàn)代視角與當(dāng)?shù)貍鹘y(tǒng)的結(jié)合，融入當(dāng)?shù)氐娜宋那楦?，增加?huì)所給予客人的歸屬感和文化厚重感。推開(kāi)高聳的鐵門(mén)，仿佛走進(jìn)了時(shí)光隧道，私密的大門(mén)后原來(lái)別有洞天。如同低調(diào)內(nèi)斂的會(huì)所風(fēng)格。大堂并非傳統(tǒng)的柜臺(tái)形式，公共空間的裝飾器物是從本地市場(chǎng)搜羅和藝術(shù)工坊中定制而來(lái)的，玉器、青銅器、陶罐、印章、玉璽等物件的巧妙運(yùn)用，點(diǎn)綴空間。墻上的書(shū)畫(huà)則部分選取了本地藝術(shù)家的水墨畫(huà)作品。
位于二樓的餐廳是會(huì)所的主要餐廳，客人在此可盡享靜安公園的如茵美景。
客房運(yùn)用了許多新晉的科技手段，當(dāng)人走進(jìn)客房，房間的溫度、光線會(huì)自動(dòng)感應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)，窗簾自行拉開(kāi)或關(guān)上。在整個(gè)會(huì)所的設(shè)計(jì)中，燈光設(shè)計(jì)公司協(xié)助營(yíng)造安靜的私密環(huán)境和令人愉悅的縱向空間感。使得大面積的暗色木頭調(diào)子不至于讓人感到壓抑或不安，中式風(fēng)格亦能帶來(lái)溫馨和賓至如歸的親切感。
Derun Langyue Bay located in Kunming city center, which is the first brand project of DELHI group in Kunming, regional transport mature, complete and perfect, it is attached to the landscape town core, the project owns double park and two river water ecosystems, as a basis to create ecological corridors and green ecological district along the river north of Chengdu-Kunming.
According to imagine of the designer, design of Langyue Bay sales office should be central conception of the project, from the overall style of the space to be closely linked to all aspects of the selection of which seeks an interpretation of both ecological and quality of interior space. This case was a predecessor to the kindergarten building design for the project, the floor is not high, use of two floor for sales offices function. First floor with the theme of sales center, covered sand table display area, display area construction method, reception area, to discuss area and wet bar service area; second floor for art display area, between the VIP negotiations room, and sales personnel offices. Designer used the profiled steel ladder between the first and second floor as a single entity in the sales hall.
Design techniques of this case are to leisure, ecology as a starting point, to utilize wood, stone, sand, water and other elements to complete the space design, this is a beautiful show about how to adapt weather, terrain of Kunming.
