后現(xiàn)代、工業(yè)、大自然、自由。
該項(xiàng)目位于湛江市赤坎區(qū)立交橋泰倫城，原先這是個大廠房，現(xiàn)在改成創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園，類似于廣州紅磚廠。該方案廠房套內(nèi)面積為115㎡，公共使用部分空間大概是175㎡，根據(jù)客戶的需求，在空間上劃分如下：玄關(guān)、前臺、員工洽談區(qū)、員工工作區(qū)、茶房兼書房、財(cái)務(wù)間共115㎡。為了增加2間老總辦公室和1間小會議室，在原先財(cái)務(wù)房和茶房的上方加建了一層面積59㎡的空間。衛(wèi)生間在外面，考慮到雨季，把去衛(wèi)生間的戶外做成陽光房，面積為47㎡，這個空間里設(shè)計(jì)成茶水間，配套冰箱、紅酒恒溫柜、微波爐、咖啡機(jī)、娛樂的足球桌和飛鏢、吧臺、戶外會議臺。剩下的空間為衛(wèi)生間，戶外區(qū)。
考慮到大門的方向問題，在原先的位置加建個空間做玄關(guān)，從而解決大門的方向問題。為了保留建筑外觀和周圍的植物，在風(fēng)格上選用了追求工業(yè)時期的后現(xiàn)代，最大限度的保護(hù)了建筑和周圍植物，它們是一個王朝興衰的見證者，有歷史價值。為了讓工業(yè)氣息更加霸道，在材料上以自流平、鐵結(jié)構(gòu)、玻璃為主。拔地而起的前臺、工作區(qū)電腦臺、樓梯、樓板、植物洽談區(qū)弧度凳子、吧臺、櫥柜、衛(wèi)生間洗手臺，都使用自流平。一二層隔斷和陽光房都是使用鐵結(jié)構(gòu)和玻璃。原先的植物墻保留下來，在植物的背后布好水管，讓著面墻多了個小型瀑布的元素，綠化配流水，讓植物墻多了那么份活力。原先的水池塔改成魚池，把魚池的水抽到植物墻形成小瀑布，流下來的水又回到魚池，從而形成自然的回流系統(tǒng)。由于水池塔高于地面和植物墻、加上戶外家具、太陽傘搭配形成了天然的小庭院。
