空間
本案坐落于山清水秀的貴州省遵義市新蒲新區(qū)，2018年中旬業(yè)主從日本回國(guó)就開始著手于裝修設(shè)計(jì)的事宜。業(yè) 主曾先后到深圳、上海、廣州進(jìn)行咨詢及考察設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。業(yè)主的目標(biāo)相當(dāng)?shù)拿鞔_：想把自己的家打造成一個(gè)精致舒 服有品質(zhì)的怡居空間，落葉歸根，安享晚年！
最后客戶月過網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道關(guān)注到了本公司（秩序空間高端設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所）并把項(xiàng)目交到了我們逬行設(shè)計(jì)。
The case is located in xinpu new district, zunyi city, guizhou province, which is beautiful in mountains and rivers. In the middle of 2018, the owner returned from Japan and started to decorate and design. Owners have been to Shenzhen, Shanghai, guangzhou for consultation and investiga?tion of design agencies. Owner's goal is quite clear： want to make their home into a delicate comfortable quality of easy living space, deciduous return, enjoy old age!
Finally, the client paid attention to our company (order space high-end design firm) through the network channel and submitted the project to us for design.
空間
原建筑結(jié)構(gòu)為五層的雙拼別墅，地下負(fù)一、負(fù)二層加上上面三層總建筑面積450rrf,花園面積為300m\室內(nèi)外 體量比例非常的舒服。當(dāng)時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)師拿到本項(xiàng)目圖紙并通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)地了解后總結(jié)出兩點(diǎn)：一是改造增強(qiáng)室內(nèi)的自然光 線環(huán)境，二是改造室內(nèi)空間布置更加符合現(xiàn)代人的居住。
設(shè)計(jì)師用一種簡(jiǎn)約結(jié)構(gòu)的手法應(yīng)用到每個(gè)空間設(shè)計(jì)上，營(yíng)造整體和諧與藝術(shù)性，改變了傳統(tǒng)江南中式建筑封閉 結(jié)構(gòu)，取其精華提升了空間住宅設(shè)計(jì)的多重性，從而改善居住的舒適度。
空間
本案中間的電梯及樓梯是整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)亮點(diǎn)所在，玻璃通透式的瑞典西柏斯電 梯，讓自然光統(tǒng)可以水平和垂直延伸到整棟別墅，豐富更多面積空間的光影效 果，傾瀉而下的日光在建筑的中心位置上創(chuàng)造一種豎向的動(dòng)感。不僅活躍了空 間的氛圍更消除了室外環(huán)境之間的邊界。
The elevator In the middle of this case and stair are whole design window is in, the Sweden sibai of glass permeable type elevator, let natural light can level and perpendicular outspread whole villa, enrich the light and shadow effect of more area space, pour and the sunlight below creates a kind of vertical move feeling on the central position of the building. It not only enlivens the atmosphere of the space but also eliminates the boundary between the outdoor environment.

充分的日光充盈著整個(gè)住宅，不僅消除原空間的 封閉更產(chǎn)生了一系列引人入勝的感官效果。一層及負(fù) 一層室內(nèi)空間通過一系列的玻璃門窗的設(shè)計(jì)與室外后 花園構(gòu)成了視覺上的聯(lián)系。
Sufficient daylight fills the whole house, nol only eliminating the closure of !he original space but also producing a series of fascinat?ing sensory effects. The interior Spaces on the ground floor and the negative ground floor are visually connecled to the outdoor rear garden through a series of glass doors and Windows.
